Production Team Spotlight - Miriam Fabian - Stage Manager

Is this your first show with LPI? This will be my second show with LPI after last year’s Fiddler on the Roof.

What was the very first show that made you fall in love with theater? Trying to pinpoint one production that really made me love theatre is an impossible task. I’ve been on the stage since I was 5 years old so it’s been a part of my life. Theatre is as essential to me as breathing air, I can’t live without it.

Do you have a favorite role or production you’ve ever been part of? The favorite role I’ve had the privilege and honor of portraying was Igor from Young Frankenstein just this past October with Sheboygan Theatre Company. Igor was a dream role that felt unattainable.

What would your dream show be? Either as director, actor, or both! My dream show is Alice by Heart.

Do you have any pre-show rituals, either as an actor or production team member? Before any show, you can always find me taking a moment to pray. I thank God for the gift of being on stage and for a safe run.

Outside of theater, what hobbies or interests help you recharge? I’m a big gamer, board and video! I also do a lot of playing piano and singing.

What excites you most about working with our cast this summer? I’m most excited to be able to do this show because I’m fairly new to stage managing. I’m excited to learn more about it!

What is your day job? I work at Maggie’s Closet accepting and inputting cosigner clothing.

What's your favorite song from The Addams Family? It’s a tie between “When You’re an Addams” and “Full Disclosure”

Who is your favorite Addams Family character? My favorite character would have to be Lurch or Grandmama.
